Hi, I’m Ari, founder of The Table Edit.
I’m a Northern Virginia native, a mom of two toddlers, and someone who has always loved a good party, even if these days that usually means drinking wine after bedtime while ignoring laundry.
My love of tablescapes started at home. My mom always set a formal dinner table for special occasions, even when it was just the four of us. I may have been 10 with no idea which fork to use, but I knew the table looked beautiful. She taught me that it’s okay to be a little extra when hosting.
Now, in the chaos of toddler life, I know how hard it can be to actually gather. Everyone wants to host, celebrate, and see each other more, and then somehow three months go by because of nap schedules, illnesses, and life.
The Table Edit was created from that feeling: a way to bring a little more beauty, ease, and celebration back to the table without having to buy, store, or coordinate every detail yourself.
My hope is simple: to make gathering feel easier, prettier, and a lot more fun.
